At BlackCountryOutdoor, we process orders from our USA-based warehouse with efficiency and care. Most orders ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Important: We are an Online-Only Store – Warehouse visits are not available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using live rates based on:

Legal Compliance & Age Verification
Federal Law Compliance: BlackCountryOutdoor complies with all Federal Switchblade Act (FSA) regulations. The FSA restricts the interstate commerce of automatic knives (switchblades) and prohibits mailing automatic knives through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship compliant products via authorized carriers (UPS/FedEx) where legally permitted.
Age Restrictions – Important:
- Knives & blades are for sale to individuals age 18 and over only
- Age verification is performed during order processing
- Couriers may perform additional age checks upon delivery
- By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered under federal, state, and local laws
State & Local Law Notice: Knife laws vary significantly by state, county, and municipality. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that ordered items are legal to possess in their jurisdiction. BlackCountryOutdoor is not responsible for orders seized or rejected due to local restrictions.
Prohibited Shipments: We do not ship automatic knives (switchblades) or ballistic knives to jurisdictions where prohibited by law, including but not limited to: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii (specific restrictions), Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.
Delivery Information & Requirements
- Business Days: All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)
- Signature Requirements: High-value orders or specific carrier services may require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Package Security: All knives are securely packaged with proper cushioning and blade protection to prevent damage and ensure safe handling
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information via your selected carrier. Use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status in real-time.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii via freight forwarder, where applicable). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
